Site access changes effective Tuesday, May 28, 2024

As construction of the Living Village site expands, please be advised of the following changes in the way pedestrians and vehicles access Sterling Divinity Quadrangle (SDQ). Please refer to the map below.

YDS PEDESTRIAN ACCESS – May 28, 2024 – August 1, 2025

The existing north entrance (outside the Old Common Room) will be closed until August 2025. See the downloadable map (pdf) for more information on building access.

The northeast entrance used for catering and deliveries will remain open through June 16, 2024. then closed until August 2025.

VEHICULAR ACCESS – May 28, 2024 – August 25, 2024

A portion of the east driveway will be closed between Parking Lot 12S and Canner Street. Drivers will enter via the Prospect Street driveway and exit through the Betts driveway. There are no changes to parking other than two-way traffic at the entrance.

EXISTING RESIDENCES AND DAYCARE PEDESTRAIN ACCESS – May 28, 2024 – August 25, 2024

The pathway to and from SDQ will be rerouted near Divinity Farm.

EXISTING RESIDENCES AND DAYCARE VEHICULAR ACCESS – May 28, 2024 – July 1, 2024

Access to the Bellamy and Curtis drop-off from Canner Street will remain open through July 1, 2024. From July 1 to August 25, 2024, access will be closed. The drop-off will reopen on August 26, 2024.

While the drive is closed, the daycare drop-off will be relocated to the north end of Parking Lot 12S, accessed from the south Prospect Street entrance driveway. Signs will be posted. Pedestrian access to daycare will be via the new pathway.
